How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and support messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to twelve months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
How we protect information
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to submitted information is limited to the team members who need it to respond, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
